TIPS

1.- WHAT DO I NEED TO DO BEFORE I START USING MY UTENSILS FOR THE FIRST TIME?

I must Add ¼ a cup of vinegar to hot soapy water and with a sponge wash each piece as if they were dirty. Doing this will remove any oil or substance that were used in the polishing process.

2.-HOW DO I CLEAN MY COOKING UTENSILS?

Once they are completely cool down, use warm water, mild detergent and sponge to remove all food residue. The utensil may fade if it is not completely clean before reheating.

3.-WHAT IS THE APPROPRIATE TEMPERATURE TO USE IN MY STOVE?

It is best to use low to medium heat. High temperature may be used if necessary, to boil liquids. Always use a burner that is similar in diameter to the tool you are using. If cooking on a gas stove, do not allow the flame to protrude on the sides of the pan.

4.-HOW DO I USE THE STAIN REMOVAL POWDER?

Water stains can occur due to the poor condition of water in the area in which you live. To prevent this, always rinse your cooking utensils with hot water after washing and dry them immediately. If water stains do appear, sprinkle a non-abrasive cleaner such as Bar Keeper’s Friend, cameo or Kleen King on the utensil while it is dry and with a moistened paper towel rub in a circular motion. Once the stain is removed, wash the pan in hot soapy water and dry.

5.-WHY DO I SEE SMALL BLUE SPOTS ON MY UTENSILS?

If an utensil is overheated then it may cause smudging bronze or blue spots on the surface of stainless steel. These spots are harmless, and can be removed using a non-abrasive cleaner such as Bar Keeper’s Friend, Ajax -Cameo or Kleen King. Rub in a circular motion. Once the stain is removed, wash the pan in hot soapy water and dry it.

6.-WHY DOES MY TOOL HAVE A WHITE COAT?
Minerals in water or starches in food can leave a white stain on stainless steel. This will not affect the performance of your cooking utensils, and can be removed by rubbing the area with a sponge that has been dipped in lemon juice or vinegar.

7.- WHY DO I SEE WHITE SPOTS ON MY COOKING UTENSILS?
When grains of salt dissolved it may leave white spots in the bottom of your cooking utensils. These bites do not affect the performance of your cooking utensils, but they may not be removed. To avoid this, always add salt to the water after it has boiled, and to meals after they have reached their cooking temperature. Never leave food on utensils for long periods of time.

8.-HOW DO I REMOVE BURNT STAINS?

Avoid scraping utensils. Instead fill the utensil with water and boil it for a few minutes. Let the water cool and wash the utensil normally. For severe burns you can use a cleaner like Easy-Off. Spray liberally and  leave it overnight so that in the morning the burnt food comes off easily.

9.- CAN I USE MY COOKING UTENSILS IN THE MICROWAVE OR ON A GRILL?
No! Never use your cookware set in a microwave oven or on a grill.

10.- CAN I USE MY  COOKING UTENSILS IN THE OVEN?
Yes! Be sure to preheat the oven completely before putting your cooking utensils in the over and never use a temperature that’s above 350 F / 175 C. Also be sure to wear gloves when you are inserting or removing from the oven.

11. CAN I USE THE TOP-HIGH AS TOOL?

Yes! The upper lid can be used directly on a burner; This is the tool that serves two functions. (Lid and utensil)

12.-WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE HANDLES  OF MY COOKING UTENSILS BECOME LOOSE?

Your cookware set is made with handles that screw. Over time, the handles can be loosened but can be easily fixed with a screwdriver. If the handles are damaged, do not use it and call the service department at (503)644-9900 to order a replacement.

13.-CAN I SAVE FOOD IN MY COOKING UTENSILS?

No! Storing food in your cookware set for long period of time can cause staining due to salt, fats, dressings and acids in the food.

14.-WHY MIGHT IT BE HARD TO REMOVE THE COVER WHEN IT IS HOT?

After cooking, there may be a tight seal between the pan and cover. Do not force the cover. Simply open the valve to equalize pressure so that the cap can then be removed easily. Always tilt the lid away from you to avoid burns.

15.-HOW DO I COOK MY MEAT IN A WAY THAT IT LOOKS GRILLED?

Always preheat the utensils for 3 or 4 minutes at a medium heat. Next add a few drops of water to the pan. The drops should turn into little marbles when the correct temperature has been reached. If the drops disappear immediately, it is a sign that the pan is not hot enough and must be heated a few more minutes. Once you put the meat in the pan, do not try to open the lid so that it may cook properly with it’s own juice.

16.-WHAT ARE  THE BENEFITS OF COOKING WITHOUT WATER?

The less water we use when cooking is very beneficial. This method is known as the method of minimum moisture. A seal is formed between the lid and pan. Water droplets form inside the lid and then fall to moisten the food continuously. This allows meals to become more moist and delicious, without adding extra water or oil. Vital nutrients and flavor are sealed in. The vegetables keep their color and stay fresher. Finally your meat will not shrink and your cooking time will be reduced!

17- WHY MIGHT I SEE SCRATCHES ON MY COOKING UTENSILS?
Stainless steel can be damaged if handled improperly. Knives and kitchen tools should not be used to stir or serve meals. Do not use an electric mixer in your cookware set.

Knives and Fruit Processor :
During the Next 35 years after purchase Nutri Life will replace or repair, any Cutlery or fruit and vegetable processor that becomes defective in material and workmanship or if the piece is permanently stain, twisted, bends , melts or breaks in any way.
It is recommended that the knives are sharpened / professionally polished. Pastry knives, ham and bread have the serrated edge so they should not be sharpened.

Lifetime Warranty (Electrical parts – 1 year warranty)

These filtration systems have warranty against any defects in materials composure for 1 year after the purchase. If a repair is necessary, send the product to the warranty service center. This includes the base, stainless steel cylinder assembly outlet duct. If any of these parts have some manufacturing defect during the warranty period will be repair or replace it at no charge. Nutri Life will replace any part that incorporates a new technology or design reserve. Parts Maintenance (including diverter valve assembly hoses and “O” rings rubber) may need a replacement, not because they have some defect but because the minerals can clog valves and chemicals in the drinking water can break the rubber rings or hoses. Maintenance parts can be replaced at half price when it is under the warranty period. For the Water Softener System, just call Customer Service to arrange an appointment to send you a Licensed and Certified Technician.

Nutri Life will cover the filter for the shower from any material defects and workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase. We will exchange it free of charge. If the cartridge has a manufacturing defect we cover it within 30 days from the date of purchase. We will exchange it free of charge. Simply return the cartridge to our Warranty Service Center.

Full warranty for 2 years (Cartridge – Full Warranty 90 days)
Nutri Life offers a limited warranty for two years against any defects. The ozone generator has a 90 day warranty. The cartridges will be replaced upon request to the current retail price.

Juice Extractor “Master Juicer”
Full warranty of 10 years: (For commercial use 1 full year)

If within ten years from the date of purchase your Juicer “Master Juicer” fail due to a defect in material or workmanship, we will repair or replace it. Simply send us a prepayment of $ 25.00 processing fee and shipping plus a copy of proof of purchase.

The blade / basket has a 1 year warranty, however it will eventually need to be replaced depending on usage.

Any warranty does not apply if the product has been subject to misuse, negligence, accident or has been altered in such a manner that affected the product.

These warranties give you specific legal rights. You may have other rights which vary from state to state.
